1       Open your Address Book and locate the New Address 12003_54057_0.pngicon.
2       Create a new address for someone who doesn't have an account on this system. If you can't think of an address, create an address for paul_chu@huskyplanes.com.
Add a telephone number to see an example of how additional information is displayed in the columns of the Address Book.

112802_110500_0.pngCreate a new address with the shortcut menu
The shortcut menu contains commands applicable to what you are doing. A shortcut menu is opened by right-clicking (Windows) or Control-clicking (Mac OS).
If you have a message that contains an Internet address, you can create a new address from the shortcut menu. If you don't have a suitable address in your Mailbox, use the Address Book Sample.
To create a new address:
1       Open a message and select the address.
2       Access the shortcut menu by right-clicking (Windows) or Control-clicking (Mac OS).
3       Choose Add to Address Book.
Note FirstClass automatically creates the Name field based on the email address. The Name field can be changed at any time. Use the contents of the Name field when addressing new mail.

112802_110500_0.png        Delete the sample addresses. If you have time, you can practice deleting and undeleting items with the View menu.
